Project enquiries
The enquiry form sends your name, email address, company (if supplied), and message to our server. We use Resend to deliver the enquiry to contacts@kinwaeprime.com. We use this information to respond and discuss potential work. The website does not keep a database of submissions; the enquiry is retained in our business mailbox and may be processed in our email provider’s delivery logs.
Information in your email
Use the enquiry to share business context and contact details. Please leave out passwords, financial account details, and confidential documents. We use the information you send to discuss your enquiry and potential work with you.
Spam prevention
The form uses a hidden bot trap, server-side validation, and temporary submission limits using a hashed email address. These temporary records expire after 15 minutes. You can email us directly if verification does not work.
Website operation
This site does not currently include analytics, advertising trackers, or application cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and operate the website.
